Default 300zx owners

Just wonderring how many 300zx owners post on here?? I just bought a 1990 300 that doesnt start and could use some advice.. Its been sitting for a year or so and is not getting any spark.. I have changed the gas, sparkplugs, cleaned all the connectors I can see on the motor, and changed the PTU.. the ECU reads 33 (O2) and 21( ignition circuit).. Any help would be great..

My brother has one. They have problems with the coils, check them out. You can get them pretty cheap via ebay.

I dont think its the coils.. I arched 3 of them and no spark at all.. I think its a bad wire from the PTU-ECU.. Thanks for the input though..

Used to have one. Never had any problems though. start from the beginning and go through the end(spark) and eventually you will get it!

Nah.. You prolly have an ass ton of corrosion on the connectors that hook up to the PTU subharness and the Main EFI harness. (The connections that have the metal clips on them) I work on these all the time for people and none of them have issues with my work. I ain't free, but I do tend to work on them for lunch.

Its not the connectors on the PTU.. I cleaned that little harness with the 4 connectors, Cleaned the connectors on the coil packs and fuel injectors also..
