yes i know a lot of people don't like the rims. its gonna be a while til i get new ones though. i do appreciate all the comments so far. as for the KA-T auto, the ones i've talked to that have done this say you just need a tranny cooler. i didn't want this to be a HP monster just a little more fun to drive. it will definitely not be more than 250HP.
some current mods i forgot to mention before:
Pioneer iPod interface for my 60GB iPod
Pioneer XM (no subscription yet though)
the tires i have are 225/45/ZR17 (nice size IMO, lots of contact area)
more future mods that are on order:
DC Sports CS2 rear strut tower bar
black JDM hood emblem
JDM silvia trunk emblem (will be painted the same color as the car when i get it painted)
Battle Version RUCA's
black G2 brake caliper paint
i also plan on getting a custom trunk sub enclosure with a 12" solobaric L7 sub and kicker amp. i was wondering if anyone has seen a molded center garnish or a custom fabricated one that is just one peice with the trunk lid. IMO if it was one piece with the trunk lid with some backup lights painted the same as the car would look really nice. i know there has been people paint them but i think it would look beeter as all one piece.

Welcome to the site. There are quite a few 240 owners here, but there will always be more Civics than 240's on here.
Looks like the body is in good shape, but yea, not feeling the rims at all. Good luck with your plans, too.
