96-98 Silver hatch w/ black front bumper on I264
Just wanted to see if the guy driving the 96-98 Civic hatchback w/ the black front bumper and the 'jdm' fogs, and silver wheels was on here.
He was behind us on I264 and it looked like he had a crucial blowout and he almost lost control of the car.
Rubber shot across the interstate 3 lanes of traffic and hit other cars.
We were going to stop when we first saw you pull over right after the birdneck exit, but we couldn't because of where you pulled off. I'm sure you'll remember me, I was in a black escape, you gave me the finger.

We didn't cause him to have a blow out at all. We saw him pull over after he got on the i-state... we were doing 65mph and he was walking away from us. He was in a hurry...
We come around a bend, see him pulled over, attemp to help him out by pulling over but we didn't want to see a wreck happen. So we continued on.
I look in the rearview,(i'm the passenger) he gets back in the car.
Later on down the road... we see him behind us. Then we look back again and hes slamming on brakes and pulling over.
A piece of rubber shot seriously 30 feet in the air and went across the interestate.
The finger thing didn't piss us off, we laughed. I just wanted to make sure he was ok. I'm not a asshole ya know.

That was my cousin. He did have a crucial blowout and it damaged his sideskirt, QP, rear bumper, and broke a taillight. So if he did give you the finger, I guess karma is a bitch . Sucks though, because he just picked the car up about 3 months ago and now has some pretty decent body damage to fix
