I have 4 bars worth of service, yes my bill is payed, and I'll press send, about two seconds later, it says "Call Failed" I'm using a Motorola Razr. Anyone else having/had this problem?

Its gone through may be once every ten or eleven tries. . . what gives?

I swear I heard something about alltel giving you some kind of credits if you have a call fail, when I was on hold once.

No we dont. It has nothing to do with the bill either, you'll just get a message telling you to call *611 if your shit has been cut off.

If it says call failed that means its not going out from the tower or not getting to the tower. It could be an outage or it could be a problem with your phone. Turn it off and turn it back on. I wanna say we've been having an outage, but I dunno.

Well I did an experiment, after power on and off and all that jazz, I got in my car and started driving down the street. The phone works fine about a mile away, connects every time. Turn around, start coming back, and starts to get that 'call failed' message. Think they have a down tower or something.
