Actually Ntelos does. I get unlimited min/text for $70 a month. That includes free long distance, picture messaging, ringtones... all that crap.
And before everyone goes... OMGZ Ntelos sux! I have had no problems with them whatsoever. Great reception everywhere I go, and a dropped call maybe once in a blue moon meaning like I can't honestly remember the last time I had one. But I won't say it that it's never happened at all. I've had them for two years and I am very satisfied. Phones aren't shitty, but not outstanding either. I have a Razr and am looking to get into a Palm Treo next.

But I can't complain too much b/c im on an employee plan. I get 3000 anytime mins, unlimited night/weekend, unlimited texts, unlimited internet and DOWNLOADS (yes, i can download as much as i want) all for $20/month!!!!!
I dont get reception in my house or my dorm though.....
