i can understand when people dont feel comfortable driving in the rain. but what pisses me off is when the speed limit is 45 and they do 40 (their comfort zone), but then the speed limit drops to 35 and they do 30.
seriously, if you didnt have a problem doing 40 then you can freaking do 35.

I don't give a shit how slow you want to drive, but do it in the right lane. People do not understand that concept. You do not cruise in the left lane.

people down here drive in the rain like people up north drive in the snow, I would hate to see it snow down here, cause they couldnt drive any slower... they'd be stopped.
