Default Anyone have a problem with Millenium?

I'm not usually one to start talking a lot of trash, so i'm just gonna be vague but blunt. I went to Millenium to ask about getting some work done on my car, and DAYUM those guyz are mean! They think they are so much better than everyone else, and they think they have the best cars in VA. Beach. Whatever guys, i'm not EVER going to get my car worked on by them. I don't really want to go into detail about my story, BUT has anyone else had this problem??? Or was it just that time of the month for them?

i know a few of their employees, they do good work (the shop as a whole) but since ive been goin there for that past 2 years customer service sucks...if i need something i go directly to certain people when there...if they arent there i just leave...its sad that its that way but i got the same feeling a few times when talking to people who i wont name...so i only conduct business w/ the shop if the person i know is there to help me...so they still get my money lol...but they'd probly get more if all of the workers treated the customers the same

i think the main issue which has been said time and time again is that a shop deals w/ window shoppers all the time and im sure it gets frustrating talking to someone for say 20 minutes when u could be working on an install, then the person says ok ill be back soon or whatever and u never see them again...so maybe that the EXCUSE for the sumtimes bad customer service...

you mean YOU made that up in your head.

what kind of car do you have and what did you want to get done? Some tatics weed out the pipe dreamers. You surely cant post one part of the story when there are ALWAYS two sides.

"to build" has many different levels of meaning. What was yours?

So if you don't have a Type R, 240, Supra, etc then you're not worth the shops time? I don't get what you're trying to say...
