Hell...last fall I think people had to stay in a hotel and get shuttled because the dorms werent done in time. Doesn't suprise me that you haven't been assigned yet.

 

I lived on campus my first year and got that experience outta the way. I found off-campus housing the remainder of my time there, but that comes with its ups and downs as well. There's plenty of places from total dumps to nice apts around there, just depends on what you wanna spend/how close you want to be. Just look around this year and find people you may want to room with.

My room mates and I just found a 4th room mate for our apt last week, however if you check with the leasing office here, i can guaranty there are random rooms here and there in the complex.

Check out the Knitting Mill Commons on 44th and Colley Ave. Security access, cameras, gated parking (fee).

 

do what my friend did and sleep in the library. free and half of the time you don't get caught so you don't have to sleep outside.
