Default Anyone Wetsand and buff??

Was trying to gauge some prices on wetsanding and buffing my newly purchased sc400. It has some cloudyness to it and scratches. But nothing too drastic that shouldnt be able to get handled. lmk on some prices.

Is it original paint or aftermarket? OEM paint typically doesn't have enough clear coat to really work all of the issues out without sanding/buffing through the clear. Might be better doing some light sanding on "spots" and just giving the car a good compound and polish. If it is a decent aftermarket paint job you should be able to make it as slick as you want it.

I wouldn't mind helping you out but I'm going to be pretty busy over the next couple weeks. Are you in a hurry? Lemme know.

Call Joey or Ricky over at Stock or Modified. I'm sure they can get what you want.

im 99% sure its stock paint job on it. And the cloudness parts are more on the hood and roof. The sides of the car is still pretty shiny still.

if you bring it up to the shop i can take a look at it, if its a stock paint job and theres some cloudiness its probably because the stock clearcoat is starting to fail, might not be anything you can do if its not on the very top of the clear. considering its on the hood and roof, the panels that are largest and collect the most u.v rays id say thats the problem, not to mention the heat coming from the engine effecting the hood. it may be salvageable and saved with a sand and buff and constant waxing to protect it from the sun, then again it might not.

I was going to post that you should check out on diamond springs rd. The Warehouse looking place that says C.A.R.S on it, seem some nice cars roll out there years ago when I was pitching a hand with a shop there.
