that "cloudiness" is probably the clear coat going. nothing you can do about it most of the time. trust me i do this for a living

I was going to post that you should check out on diamond springs rd. The Warehouse looking place that says C.A.R.S on it, seem some nice cars roll out there years ago when I was pitching a hand with a shop there.
there's no labor charge for anything. only charged for materials.

Thats C.A.R.S. inc. and they are not a body shop. They are a service shop. Good guys too if you need some work done.
