im looking for someone to educate me and tune my 05 wrx within an hour of newport news, i am uncertain to what exactly i need to get a tune i have not installed any engine management, accesport, etc, yet becuase i wasnt sure if ive heard of flashing the stock ecu or not. id like to hear anyone's 2 cents thanks!

I apologize if this wasnt the best thread for this but i am looking for someone local to help me work on this car...

i bought the car from a va beach dealership which was my mistake, but from looking at the car it has a full exhaust 4in. bellmouth to 3in. catless exhaust. full cold intake, perrin fuel rails, fuel block and i ordered a 255lph walbro pump, and i havnt figured out what turbo i should be looking at. i thinkk i want something closee to 300whp

VF39 will let you crack 300 with the adequate supporting mods. Muncher on here was catless turboback/up pipe, vf39, sti pink injectors, FMIC, and SRI and capped right around 300. (some of the mods may very). If you're on stock injectors then that pump and rail are a waste... You don't even need to change the pump with the setup I just listed

If you want to get it tuned on the stock ECU, call Virginia speed and talk to Ed. Thats what all aspects is going to tell you to do anyway more than likely.
