I think that same S10 lives around Williamsburg somewhere possibly in Wellington, if it's not the same guy, then some other douchebag has another gold S10 with the same mindset. I see it frequently around here. More than once this dude has pulled into a parking lot where a few of us are hanging out, and then attempt a burn out or pull in fast and e-brake and spin around and then pretends to haul ass out of there. Only thing done to the truck is probably just the fart can. It just makes noise and doesn't move...
