Katana Sushi bar...
Sushi is great there, the grill not the best in the area.


Kyoto in Chesapeake has an awesome hibachi menu, but the hibachi area always smells like mop water.

Ive been eating at Hibachis around here for the last 19years and by far the best tasting and biggest portion is SUMOs. #1 Japanese Hibachi by far!

Seriously? We've been to most all of the places mentioned on the southside and each one is almost completely identical of each other. Sumos is next to the house so we usually eat there or Shogun on Laskin but for actual flavor of food, it's all the same stuff.

Hard to mess up filet, grilled shrimp and fried rice. Don't get me wrong, I love hibachi but I don't see driving far for one that might be a tiny bit better than another. Maybe i'm missing something


This is for hibachi only.. sushi preference on-the-other-hand is much much different.

This is for hibachi only.. sushi preference on-the-other-hand is much much different.
I notice things like the quality of the soup, the freshness of greens, and you can't overlook the bar if you're a drinker.
