Don't get me started on NMCI. It makes my job a bit more frustating when I'm developing a SAP Solution for the Navy.

When you say 'developing a SAP Solution for the Navy', you really mean 'playing on the internet'; right?

Trust me, I can go on for just as many days seeing as I worked for them and currently work for the SLDCADA project.

Find a good job that's willing to pay for your school, then go back.

Get in on some gov't contracts. There's only a bazillion around this area to choose from and they all hire fresh meat cause they can pay you less and train you.
Is there a site or somewhere I could go to look up all the contract jobs in the area?
