Try this,

This is what I make when Im straped for cash (been alot lately)

Take 5-6 tortillas (corn)
a block of sharp cheddar chese
Onions
Garlic Salt
Italian Seasoning

Take a medium sized pan, fill the bottom with veg. oil (just enough to coat the pan).
Take a tortilla or 2 and throw them on the pan
Let it cook for about a minute, flip it over
then put a slice of chese on it
put some garlic peper over the chese
put some itialian seasoning over the cheese
put some onions over the cheese
fold the taco in half and squish all the contents together (the cheese will make the taco shell stick together)
Let it sit for about 30 sec in the pan
Turn it over and press down on it to spread the melted cheese all inside the taco
let it sit for a minute in the pan
Fill a small bowl with your favorate hot sauce
pull the tortilla out (repeat this 6 times or however many times it takes to make as many as you want)
dip the cheese tortilla into the saunce and eat away!!

It's not that Ramen is not good for you to clarify, it's just that Ramen has no nutritional value whatsoever. Neither does water, but we are two thirds water ourselves.

Ramen, Flanders Burgers, cheese, and bread.

Combine all four and for the low low price of $9 I have meals for a week maybe two.
