Selling a car on AutoTrader is good if you're selling a stock or near stock car.
Selling a car on sites like dragVA is good if you're selling a modified to heavily modified car.
The more worked on your car is, the better off you are selling it to someone who understands and appreciates what's been done to it. They're also more likely to take the mods into consideration when it comes to price.
There are always exceptions, of course. But in general, it's best to aim your car towards a particular crowd if you're trying to get the most money out of it.

I have sold many parts on drag I've also sold my car on here. The guy pm'ed me and wanted to see my hatch. He came to my work the next day and that afternoon he had my car and I had NO car...lol drag isnt that bad as long as you can deal with those bs pm's.

Autotrader or ebay are the mainstream ways to sell a car nowadays. People still look at newspaper classifieds too. Ebay is expensive tho, I sold my Chevy Lumina 9C3 on there for 6k and I had to pay almost $85 in fees to ebay just for sellin the car.

but the people on this site are stupid. and the stupid comments like," are you fuckin crazy i bought such and such for this much, so why dont you sell me yours for that." or when you take time out of your busy schedual to show something and they tell you that they dont have the money or that they have to sell their car first. i just dont have time to deal with all of the bs.
