Okay uh... if the WRX driver didn't have tags, and fled from the scene, then why the fuck did he pull over in the first place?
If this accident did occur in heavy traffic, you would think that a motorist would have called the police with a description of the driver and the vehicle. This may have been done, I'm just speculating, which is fucking retarded anyway, so I'm done.
