Cpt. Non-Spell

Hey I saw a blue eg hatch lowered with gsr blades. He was sitting on the side of the road and there were about 5 cop cars there. No one was in the car from what I could see. They had K9's walking all around it. The cops were being all "raindow six" On that shit.

I am just curious if anyone else saw it or knows the person that owned the car. What the hell happened?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? I hope they didn't pull him over for something stupid and just went all stupid about it!
