Default A/C charge locally?

Are there any mechanics onboard or that can do an a/c recharge or can someone point me in the right direction to a place that is reputable? I will also check the shop section for reputable shops. All I need is a recharge, no replacement parts that I know of just yet. Thanks in advance.

I worked for a parts store for 3 years before I enlisted. They aren't the way I want to go. I want it done correctly.

I switched my 92 f150 to r134. Advance auto has everything you need besides the reclaimer and correct me if I am wrong but most shops dont charge for reclaiming refer. just follow the directions.
