Well, it seems to me that it only helps them start messing up the roads more. I think they like doing construction so they can claim oilpans of low cars... That way they can say they're doing something and take cars off the road.

We actually build em here at my company. Piezo wires, give electrical pulses every time they're run over. If they get run over by two cars at the exact same time, gives a higher voltage so it can count both cars.

What does it do for trailers/semi's? Does it avg out the number of axles going over it or something?

Interesting. I'd like to know how much they cost.. I see so many of them, and now they don't sound so cheap.
