Default Camaro State Troopers are hard to detect at night

Well, I met up with Slow-V6, his girl, and some other friends tonight at Rosemont Denny's and we just bullshitted for an hour or so.
One of the things we talked about was the Camaro State Trooper and how stealthy it looks.

Well, tonight I am cruising home about 2:30am on 264 heading towards 64.
I am doing about 80 or so after I pass a few cars that are going like 55 and holding up traffic. As I merge over to the rightmost lanes that take you to the Newtown RD/64 West exits, a Camaro with fog lights come hauling ass towards me and gets over to the right lane. I was thinking about downshifting and running for a few seconds but we couldn't go far as there was a car in front of me about 1/4 mile ahead.
Well, the Camaro passes me and then gets in front of me and goes straight towards the car that is ahead me, next thing I know, the Camaro hits his blue lights. I decide to ease off the gas and back it down to 65 and move over to the right lane.
When he passed me, he looked like a silver Z28, nothing special.

The Camaro then slows down and as I pass him I look over and can barely see the markings on the car. Very Stealthy at night.

As I get closer to the car that was in front of me, guess what, it was a Norfolk Police Car.

I am guessing that they were going to meet up and maybe grab some donuts or somthing. Or maybe the Camaro Trooper was just playing around and decided to "flash" his Norfolk counterpart.

That damn trooper about clipped me speeding and switching lanes like that. I figured you would have gone after him(saw your plates), but I guess its a good thing you didnt.

I would have caught him since he was probably only doing 100.

If you were doing 80 in a 55 and he did that, flashing his lights was a warning to you to slow down while driving on the road, not to mess around with the Norfolk cop.

So, why did he run up to the bumper of the NPD car and flash the lights, instead of flashing the lights as he passed me?
He paid me no mind.

I would think the same but he came out of nowehere flying past me, past him too, but I never saw him hit his lights.
