Can you fire a Barrett 50 cal here in VA?
Are there any ranges in the area which are big enough or even would allow firing a Barrett 50 cal?
I don't own one but would love to. However if I can't practice with it anywhere here there Is no point to saving up for one....

haha exactly, a barrett .50 cal isnt an average rifle that you just go out and "practice" shooting lmao considering they are $3 to $5 dollars per round, if you want to "practice" shooting a high velocity rifle do what billy said and join the military they will pay for all the bullets you need to practice
