My work hours are 7am-4pm but can be flexed if needed. HOV lanes (like mentioned above) are 6am-8am and 4pm-6pm.

Also, my friend Heidi goes from holland like 1/2mile from wawa to my old work off butlers farm. That might work out for you pretty well too, i can give you her contact if you want.

Re: Carpooling - VB to Hampton M-F
It's around $100 fine. No thanks, I see those guys sitting all the time just waiting. My truck is semi-tall but not tall enough.
7am - 4pm M-F
I'm off Holland Road by the courthouse. Shore Drive would be nice if I was close to it to begin with. I've been considering renting a house there while I go to ODU.

Re: Carpooling - VB to Hampton M-F
Just something else some people might not know:
Hybrid rules on I-64 and I-264 in Hampton Roads:
* Hybrids with clean fuel plates are allowed to travel in Hampton Roads on the I-64 and I-264 HOV lanes during rush hour with one occupant. The current exemption expires June 30, 2011.
* SmartCars are not hybrids, so they do not qualify for clean fuel plates.
* The clean fuel plates cost $25 annually and you must apply for them through DMV.
