I have a grinder, but I couldn't do it, and I can't weld. And I couldn't get to the ones in the front because it's tight and I can't unbolt the assembly because it's too much work, i'd rather have someone else do it so i know it's done right.

 

pick up a welder at harbor freight, they're cheap, and practice welding on some scrap metal. you'll get the hang of it
