i've had NTelos since it was PrimeCo.(1999) I've never had any mojor beef other than no NOVA coverage. my phone works fine in the OBX though (wierd huh?). My dad just switched to T-Mobile cause it has alot better national coverage, and he works on the west coast ocasionally. I've heard cingular is really great, but goot luck finding coverage in the area, unless it has changed within the last 6 mons.
my bill is $60.43 a mon. with a one year contract with unlimited minutes and 300 nationwide roaming minutes (which i've never even used) handset insurace and detailed billing. if you just talk on your phone and don't need internet, pictures or shit like that NTelos is great. my .02
