This is a SCAM report:
Do not go to ECPI or MCI, unless you want your credits to NEVER transfer. Shit, they don't even transfer from place to place, if you went to ECPI and then wanted to transfer something simple like a computer class, you couldn't do it, to MCI (same company). They charge RIDICULOUS amounts, scam you, hide a lot of shit, and I personally experienced this with MCI.

Not saying SOME do not see good things from this place, but DO YoUR RESEARCH. THEY ARE INDEED ACCREDITED, and WILL TELL YOU THAT, but ask another college if they accept, and they will all say no!

ECPI is a diploma mill, not the worst by far, but no one really hires them for anything more than entry level.

heres my story from this week

i decided to check out ecpi, trade school to see what i could accomplish there

i got there, and everyone was very nice, etc. had lots of stuff to talk about, my "rep" or guidance counsler schedule lady thing's name was erin, tall skinny decent looking woman late 20's short hair


its starts off with this fucking "compass test" you gotta take this test and pass

1. math
2.english
3...... web?


web is the last part... you have 8 minutes.. to answer 25 pattern questions like

1 3 5 7 9 ?

answer is c

regardless, they get so twisted up and difficult.. never enough time

then, part 2... gets more ridiculous


like i cant even explain, more pattern bullshit timed also




i feel like, its a fake test, to make you feel accomplished, a sales tactic.. because. EVERY SINGLE PERSON THERE, was there to retake that same web portion like i did

i didnt even pass... your supposed to use your SSN for it.. my 3rd time there. they said to make up a last number, aka change my ssn so i can take it more then twice.. wtf? thats janky...

not to mention, my 3rd time i didnt pass it. and she was like. oh well, we can probally just get it passed since your close.... wtf

none of my questions, got answered about were these certifications come from

priced out with a bs degree it was like 52k, for that price, not to mention me throwing in 100 bux just to see how much help i can get. is not worth it




for my bacholers degree, for web security... theres UNIX, and LINUX... 4 classes

so, id end up spending 13 thousand fucking dollars, to learn how to use a free operating system. that no one in the real bussiness world uses... ive down network jobs at aol in ashburn etc. hooking up computers, and unix and linux is used, but isnt my main priority.. not worth 13k.. i didnt see enough microsoft on there


im not a really smart person, but somethings up with this place thats janky and i smell rotten fish.
