Fireworks
Anyone know where any fireworks are on the peninsula? I live in williamsburg, would prefer not to travel past va beach or something to that effect. (Pref not the colonial williamsburg fireworks either, tired of seeing those.)

If you don't want to travel past Virginia Beach, I will assume that you're ok with traveling to Va Beach in which case just go to Va Beach.

Re: Fireworks
Are you talking about for buying or for watching? If you want to buy you need to go out of this state for anything worth a shit. May be a ittle late for that since they will be running firework checks, who knows how in force they will be with that.

Yep the streets are lined with parked cars. You can either find a spot on Rt. 60 (warwick) right in front of busch or you can park on Rt. 143 ( Jefferson) on the other side of the tracks. You can see them great from there, but you will be underneath them on 60. I think they fire the frst warning shot at like 8:45 or something and then the show starts at 9. I think.
