I had 3 people text me about this yesterday. From the looks of it... all you needed was a extended socket?

They told me 'no its a special bolt blah blah'. I told em it looked like a regular 16/17/18/19mm hex head.

They never responded and so I went back to what I was doing.

Sorry sir. I hate paying to have shit tow'd. Such a waste of money.

He does but he said he couldnt get ahold of them. But I would definitely call them when they reopen mick and see if they can reimburse you for the tow. I worked on your car this morning, sent you a message.
