You don't have a capability to run an event like this with regard to cash, insurance, location etc.
As point out before, no business is going to let you run an event like this since the absorb the liability if it's on their property.
Now if you want me to troll, I can do that too

Hmmmm I was unaware that you knew my financial status. And it's kind of funny that I know of such a place that does infact allow small events on their property. But look at me not knowing what I'm talking about......
