I've done some heating and cooling work down in that area, its a beautiful area and the people are nice as well. I think its a little bit to much for a home there due to the reputation, but then again it is a beautiful area. The cons are the commute. The streets are horrid they are as bumpy and confusing as can be, but once you get them down you should be fine. Also a lot of nice dining and good local spots close by.
