<shrug> Usually, they are recent graduates looking for not only experience but a good track record to get into a good law firm -- which is usually a damn good incentive for them to do good and kick ass.

I dont know but my brother was involved in a hit and run and his lawyer got the charges droped to a mis and only had to ull 45 days the lawyers name was gordon klugh he is damn good.
