good deal? for eagle?

Depends what it is for? Daily driver? If not, I wouldnt get it if you want it for speed. Find a gst/x, they are about the same price most the time.

flo w fx is Correct... and dont worry about a cyclone motor. They are just overpriced 6bolt motors. Buy one off someone from dsmtuners or dsmtrader and build it. But you can get the car and motor for under 4 grand if you look hard enough.

I know a guy with a 91 who was selling his for 2000. awd, 16g, safc, ak&n fipk, b&m short shifter, plus other stuff. Excellent deal on his car.
