There wasn't anything wrong with the headlights, but you replaced them. Putting in new headlights using bad wiring doesn't solve wiring problems, it just gives you new headlights with bad wiring.

Lamb & Robinson is usually really good, and there is a place in Hampton too, don't remember the name. It will be expensive though, so you probably want to try something on the side first. Buy a factory manual for your car; whoever works on it (disregard if it's a shop) will appreciate having reliable schematics and info to work from. An electrical shop will have that info already, or will have access to it.

1999 Pontiac Transam (FYI: Pontiac is notorious for wireing, such as the headlights and window motors)

Headunit was in the car when I bought it. No idea who put it in. It definaly sucks though, and I'm willing to buy a new headunit to replace it. (and have wired right)

Factory alarm, and aftermarket HID lights (LEDGauges). Vibrator is a good idea though....

Thanks for the recommendation, I'll check into them tomorrow after I make sure my problem isnt just a loose connection.

My aftermarket headlights bypass the factory, however I want to fix the factory wireing (which is where my problem originated) Agian, my HIDs worked for about a week, which is why I'm inclined to believe it's just a loose wire or ground somewhere.

I checked the bulb but cant conclude anything because it was dark outside at the time. Ill check it tomorrow as well. Do H7 bulbs blow the same as halogens? Should I look for anything specific that indicates a blown HID bulb?

Aftermarket HIDs (unless you spend $$$) are prone to failure too. You might have blown a ballast, it happens all the time with cheap kits.
