Even though it will still suck if it happens, Im pretty sure your insurance company will cover it if the building happens to get burnt down. And most storage units do offer insurance for your units.... If you happen to have a vehicle stored in one.

How much are you looking to spend? I have a garage at my house in Bayview that isn't being used right now... I could put a Viper in it.
Coded garage door opener. You just have to leave me a key so I can move it in or out if I do need the space to do some work in the garage.

I know insurance would cover, but the fact I'd be so far away for almost two years is my main issue with it.
