Obviously I am a self-proclaimed god of DragVA, you can tell that from my massive amount of posts all over these forums.

Do everyone a favor and pull your head out of your ass. You got a ticket for 128 in a 55, and your insurance wasnt affected at all? The smell couldnt be more overbearing.

Option 1) driver improvement
Option 2) calibration + fix...if nothing else throw some bigger wheels on ur car before the first calibration and tell the court you didn't realize it would throw off you speedo, but when you found out you bought or traded for some stock wheels then show a calibration after the fix

personally...with only eleven over...i'd go with the calibration...i changed out my speedo gear to do mine dropped from 12 over to 6 over and the judge dropped it completely...that was my 3rd ticket...so you should be alright...

P.S. whoever said <9 was no points...its 3 points where 10-19 is 4 and 20+(reckless) is 6

yea dudue, according to the sixth amendment of US constitution, u have the right to a "speedy trial".... now i do not know what the time limit for a "speedy trial" is for sure, it may vary from state to state... but i blieve i was told it is 90 days... so if you go to court that day, and let the judge know that, all they can do is throw it out cause ur right as a U.S. citizen has been denied... but i'd consult a lawyer first to see if 90 days is right, just in case
