got pulled a week ago...need help.
hey i got reckless driving. 80 in a 55. the cop was JW Houston from York County. anyone have any advice or know this guy??? he was cussing at me too, but i don't think that will help any. oh yeah its my first speeding offense adn ive had one very small fender bender. any help would be greatly appreciated! thanks. bue. oh yeah hired a lawyer today. hopefully he's badass.

Consult a lawyer. You're fucked without one and even with one you probably won't get off completely. Consider yourself lucky the cop didn't give you a ticket for your mods too.

york county and james county I believe have the same court place...if so...you are straight...the judge is mad cool, he is cool with 1st time offenders...be ready for the community service...it seems like for every mph over u go you get an hour of community service...i was 15 over, i got 15 hours of it at habitat for humanity....lifting heavy ass doors and moving them around and all this crazy shit...it was the funnest job i ever had (except i wasnt paid)

i was caught doing 93 in a 65 in new kent county. this is my first moving violation as since i was a minor and i have 2 no at fault accidents on my record. it sounds like a similar situation.
i have court today actually. i am forgoing having a lawyer because it would have been 750 and i cannot afford a lawyer and the fines that i would probly still have to pay. i am asking for a continuance, but if they make me have it today, i'll let you know

your license will be suspended for 30 days if the charges stick. more then likely though, since first offence, he will drop it down to speeding and that's like 3 points on the record. either way, say hello to insurance premium hike.
