holy shit, im not bitching about it, im asking how to fight it, im not just paying the ticket because i know i can fight this shit, my insurance rate is 110$ for a 99 accord and an 06 evo mr, and wanna keep it that low, and i know i can get a speedometer defection by at least 8-10 mph, im just wondering what else i should say in court, because i want to fight this

no you honestly can not, the judges have cracked down and dont care about "calibrations" you were speeding, you were caught and you were ticketed.

Speedo being off 8-10 still indicates you were speeding moron. 19-10 = 9 over. Still speeding.

Go take the 8hr driver improvement course before court, that will help with insurance.

yeah ur right i should take a driver improvement course, im just hoping i can catch a break, 10 mph calibration, new car thats in the process of being fixed, with transports, i hardly ever drive it, plus i thought i was in a 45 zone, im just hoping theres some way for me to catch a break on this, maybe get it reduced to improper equipment, i hope

210 bucks was the price, 74 in a 55 was the speed.

thats not too bad, im considering just paying it but i want to fight it, and another thing is i just got this job, and i really dont wanna tell them that i have court for a speeding ticket, i might just pay it and take a class on a saturday
