maybe you should use this pic to show the judge why the speedo was off, cause theres really no excuse.

there is an excuse though, new car, just started driving it for the first time on friday, i hardly ever drive it, cop says i was speeding in a 35 zone yet i get pulled in a 45 zone, and im gonna have a calibration slip, i think i might have a shot at improper equipment

my first ticket I ended up being stopped in a 45 zone but where I was speeding was a 35( cop tried to say school zone lights were on). Doesn't matter.

Nick, you have previously taken a calibration slip to the court and got off before. First time might have been a charm, but it's not always going to be an easy "slip". Even if you have access to have a fraudulent calibration slip created for you, they may not take it down, as they had previously.
This time, I think it's a little harder, if you really want to get over on this one, consult and hire a lawyer if a little higher insurance rates really mean that much to you, be happy that you didn't get a reckless ticket..

If you can afford an EVO 9 please tell me you can afford a little speeding ticket. I wouldnt even go to court unless you have to...in my opinion, all the cops and public officials/judges are all buddys. Youll waste money taking it to court as YOU WILL LOSE THIS ONE. Just pay the shit.
