Default Head light resealing?

I'm looking to get my brother's 01 Lexus IS300 headlights resealed. There is condensation inside the light housing which we think led to the HID going out. I guess what I'm asking is if anyone or shop does this?

And NO before someone says it, I'm " not just going to do it myself, it's easy". If I felt comfortable doing it I would.

Not to be a dickhead, but that response pisses me off.

Thank you.

Throw them in the oven 250 degrees about 5 mins. Take them out and you should be able to push it against the housing and use some plastic/glass sealant from Home Depot or Lowes to make sure they're sealed.

You might be able to go to a shop and have them just charge you an hourly rate.
