need more info on the truck. you said it was a white dodge? two door or four? lowered lifted? 4x4 or 2wd? i take it it was in va beach? what intersection? tinted windows on the truck?

I agree with the person who said to get the news involved. I will keep a look out myself but the few people on here probably won't be enough. What intersection was this BTW.

I hate hit and runners. It's happened to me. I actually chased one down while on the phone with 911 a few months ago!

this happened on independance blvd right infront of the kraimer tire by pembroke mall, the vehicle was a white dodge magnum station wagon stock wheels i think it had tint and thats it there was a light skinned black guy with corn rows driving it
