A sho car gets love from all over, lehman to the seasoned sho vet, if it's fast it's a plus if it's not so what it's still hotter than a stock car with a B18 swap. What you call a "ricer" car can transcend the culture. A stock looking "fast" car can only be that and only to those that can appreciate it.
Bolting on body panels doesnt mean that your car is "hot". Show cars blow ass, unless you have some straight up CUSTOM shit done. I'm talking channeled frame, chopped top, split winshield, suicide doors, etc. Old school hot rodding stuff. The only real show car "hot rodders" nowadays is the Sport Truck crowd. Everyone else just thinks they can buy a fucking economy civic, bolt on a wings west kit and some rota's and buy some vinyl paint from pep boys and call it a "show car". You dont have a show car, you have a modified civic.
