Re: How bad is HRBT traffic on Friday ~8pm?
Thanks for the advice everyone.
I'm only talking about bailing if I hear about traffic backed up...I would rather drive than sit in bumper to bumper traffic for an hour. It doesn't matter what lane I'm in, when I'm pulling a trailer then everyone wants to be right in front of me.
I've been here for 30 years and it seems to get worse every time I go through that area. I try to stay away during peak traffic periods and even that time has been extended.
Can't fit the wife and 3 kids on a bike much less pull our vacation home around.

FUCK 64 I would always take 664
664/64 split to North Hampton Blvd on 64 is 21 mins with zero traffic ( which is NOT the case 95% of the time on 64)
664/64 split to North Hampton Blvd on 664 is 39 mins with zero traffic (which is the case 95% of the time at 8pm)
664 is all around a better road anyway.

8pmm shouldn't be too bad. My pops has The same problem with people always hopin in front of him, he has a 5th wheel. Best bet is just to take a cooler and expect delays, and hope for the best. Fuck HRBT.
664 is money though. Worth the extra difference for the lower traffic risk

You'll be pulling a camper, but consider this, If the signs say it's 4-5 miles, then bail onto Mercury Blvd away from the JRB. Take it all the way to Mallory, turn right, go over 64, turn left. Boom, you're on the HRBT bridge at that point. Damn, gave away my secret...

Which tunnel?
Have you ever noticed the speed limit in the downtown tunnel is like 35 and the speed limit before and after the tunnel is 55?
But it mostly has to do with people being selfish monkeys and only wanted to take things from others. If everyone had 3 car lengths of space merging would be super duper easy, even for the retarded.
