I found a pothole (well more like a crater) Need some help
Well last night I found a mondo pothole and did a decent amount of work to my wheels, allignment and I hope to god nothing else. I'm stuck at home, and of course when I need them, my jack stands have disappeared. If anyone's got 4 jack stands I can borrow for a few days, I'd appreciate it.

I think you mentioned you were close to bonney road at one point. I have two in my spare bedroom if you can't find any.

Well, the rear subframe where the LCA bolts to is donezo.

I've got two 3.5 ton jack stands, but youd have to come up to williamsburg to get them.
Did you try getting the city to pay for it?

I'd contact the department of public works. I'm not familiar with VA Beach specifically though so maybe someone else will chime in. Some cities are more responsive than others to these sorts of claims.
It's not the kind of thing you can really sue over and win to the best of my knowledge. Some cities are pretty good about covering you though. I'd view it more as asking a favor, so be nice and sound like this has really screwed your life over.
