how so? i have an eye witness who was in the car with me at the time of the accident. i also have one of HIS deposit slips he gave me to contact him. if he does not pay up, i will take it to court.

I work at a bodyshop in va. Beach Called B&E Auto collision, and whoever suggested something about the wheels was right. If you provide your own parts, it's cheaper through ins. I don't care if the dude gave you his mother blood type...I'd go through your ins. and make him settle w/ them. It isn't gonna raise your rates, and it'll save you a lawsuit. Plus the ins. Company has access to more info.

Should have called the cops and filed a report. How do you know if its really that guy? Did you contact his insurance company? Did you get pics of the damage at the scene..... You might be getting screwed!
Who cares if he gave you his bank deposit slip, or home address.... Why didn't he give you his insurance card or information? Why didn't you file a report?

it was an old guy. i asked my friend what i should do, and he just told me to get his info like phone # and address after the old guy said he would pay for it.

Always get his/her insurance info and call the cops. You have no guarantee that he can afford to pay you or is willing to.

If anyone objects remember I'm speaking about my own personal experiences. They are horrible. I would never go there again.
I would recommened Craft repair shop on Aberdeen.
They are fucking awesome. They are actually a machinining/fabrication shop and so great work. What's even better is that they have determination which isn't common with most this shops that just want your damn money.

I don't have any personal experience with Millenuim, but my dad had 2 of his wheels fixed at Craft and they did excellent work
