i though this was funny
last night at 1230 i was on va beach blvd down by rosemont. i saw a cop a pulled someone over. i couldnt see a car so i though maybe he got some kid who was being stupid on a motorcycle. when i passed then i looked to see what kind of bike it was. and it was a scooter. i was like what the fuck was he doing speeding, i dont know i though it was funny

Also scooter have to obey the law of the road, including stop signs, lane changes, yielding etc. He could have easily broken one of those laws too.

I'm sorry, I just don't find it that comical, seeing as there is a million reasons as to why he could have been pulled over. It doesn't necessarily have to be speeding. Hell, the cop might have recognized the guy from Americas Most Wanted... what do I know...

scooters cant speed on va beach blvd. the speed limit is 45 that is the top speed on most scooters

hmm...as XCELR8 said there could be millions reasons and i REALLY doubt it was for speeding or exhaust.. he was most likely drunk or didnt have a helmet on or god knows what else. This thread
