4G63-T's are the slowest damn things everand its not so much the cops. they get a noise/trash/racing/whatever complaint and have to deal with it...its dumb asses doin stupid shit, and leaving trash all over the place...there were pleanty of times that cops came through asked some questions, and left. no problem, until the rice committee comes rolling through messin around/showing off that we have problems.
