Job Openings
Have A Nice Day Cafe'
We are looking to higher a few more GWA's (Good Will Ambasadors) thats the term they use for BOUNCER.
Not looking for HUGE guys, or guys that say "oh I can whip some ass blah blah balh" We are looking for a couple LEVEL HEADED people that can actually difuse a situation in the club before it happens, be able to spot underage drinking, be able to approach someone about dress code, be able to take the will on your own to escort someone out if they are being ignorant.
With the exception of one person - I have trained everyone of the GWA's that work with me now, and all of them with the exception of one are level headed, and I trust them to have my back if need be, and they always have. A few members of this board are GWA's along with me

The job isnt hard, its probally the EASIEST job you will ever have. We have a certain rotation with manning doors, and walking the floor. Part of your job will be to FLIRT with girls, because that makes them want to come back to the club. And the hardest chore we have is taking out trash at the end of the night, which isnt hard at all. If your looking to throw blows, put someone up in chokes all that, yeah dont come and apply, because the jobs not for you. But if you can flirt with girls, be nice to people, make sure everyone has fun while in the club, difuse situations with the few assholes we do get then this is definatly for you.
Other perks - $2 Drinks @ BAR Norfolk, CAFE', Dixies, TIME, plus the endless hookups you get just by meeting people in the club. Concert tickets, cell phone deals, satalite deals everything. Skip the lines at all the clubs i mentioned above and get you and a friend in free.

Alright just to clear things up - I AM NOT THE HAVE A NICE DAY CAFE' MANAGER. Just I know that we are looking for more GWA's and the comment was made that if I could find some good guys that I can trust he would rather do that then have to higher some dumb punk kid no one knows anything about like they have been doing for the last few months.
Starting pay is 7.25
Days needed to work - Definatly Tuesdays (college night) thats the night we definatly need more GWA's.
The weekends we can hold it down with 5 like we have been doing. But its always nice to have someone to be able to call if you want the night off and they can cover your shift.
Therefor I put the add up on drag, but since we are trying to feed through retards, thats why I requested that I meet you before I help you out and help you get the job, then you turn out to be a total dumb fuck and that falls back on me.
I was asked to go a little further into detail about requirments and job dutys so let me try to do that now
You only have to be 18
Like I said you dont have to be huge, we have some small guys (wrestlers, 3rd degree black belts) that can handle themselfs pretty well. But for the most part weve never had anythign go ONE ON ONE with customers. Its always 8 on one, thats whats great, EVERYONE has your back.
Got to be level headed when your talking to someone, like cant say come on fuck im throwing you out. Just keep cool, ask them nicely to talk to you outside, then break the news to them they are gonna have to take the rest of the night off.
Flirt with girls, dont over due it and get your attention off things, but definatly flirt with them.
Clean up spills while walking around the club, pick up empty bottles and throw them away, keep a lookout for underage drinkers (its actaully very easy to catch them) Enforce dress code, that kind of thing. Its seriously easy, and FUN. If you dont love comming to this job, you need to find somewhere else to work. Cause Ive been there since august and theres not one day that Ive actually said, FUCK I HAVE TO GO TO WORK

Ive already mentioned the bounus's - when you put that white shirt on with the logo on it, it attracts girls. Im fat, and ive gotten more ass since ive been at Cafe' since last August then I ever have.

Good job Mike. Guys, dont look at this as a JOB! There are things that need to be done but its just like chilln in a club with some really good perks....oh, and believe it or not, but Tuesdays are the day you really want to work. Its college night and there are LOTS of females on that night. Here is the usual schedule:
Tuesday shifts: 7pm to close (2pm)
9pm to close
10pm to close
11pm to close
Thursday shift: (usually only 1 GWA this night)
Friday shift : 7pm to close
9pm to close
10pm to close
11pm to close
Saturday : 7pm to close
9pm to close
10pm to close
11pm to close
The shifts do vary from time to time, but its insignificant.
The last Sunday of each month is Bar clean where the entire staff comes in and cleans. Its usually from 11am to 2pm....sometimes less depending on how clean we keep the club. For the GWA's, its more of a hangout on Sundays then we go get lunch and chill. PM Brokeneck or I for any more questions.
Last, we'd like to have more people come in and work Tuesday nights since the summertime is coming up real fast and we are getting busy..I know what some of you are thinking, "Man, I work early the next day" Well, I do to. How many of you are up till 2 or 3am anyways? So, instead of watching porn and trying to get up with all the new girls who sign up on all the forums you post on, come up to Have A Nice Day Cafe and have some fun up there!
