^^^ He makes a good point. For most line locks you push and hold your brakes, activate the line lock, then release your brake pedal while still keeping your switch in the 'on' position. I'm sure you already know that but a lot of times its the simplest of things that cause problems.

no problem , YES I used a multimeter to check to make sure the ground was good . OK here is what Im doing , the kit came with a push button which I have tried . This is how it is suppose to work .
1st pump your brakes and hold it down push down on the button
2nd -release the brake pedal while holding down the button .
3rd the front brakes should be locked as long as I hold the button , but they are not .
I have actually changed the button for a toggle switch which the tech support have said was ok .
After i turn the switch on . I wanted to release it so that I can change gears
I dont know . I have a friend looking at it in the morning , if not I might cut a 2x4 to wedge against the seat and the pedal .Either way IM THERE TOMM NIGHT
