There are actually two in Skylines Williamsburg. The blue one IS in Gov. Land.
There is also a Yellow R34 GTR V-Spec in Kingsmill.
I talked to the guy for like two seconds.
He said he never drives it and has only put like a 100 miles on it since he has had it (over a year).
The guy with the blue one also has a Championship White RHD NSX Type R.
I believe he is an older asian gentleman, obviously independantly weathly.
I live in Fords Colony, none here, but old people

Yeah, Fords Colony has way to many old people... just the other day i was driving around and some old guy and his wife jumped in front of my car and started bitchin at me, so i set em straight and sped off. I actually thought the guy was gonna jump through my car window!
