local tuners?

Thinking about buying an ems for my Mr2. Just looking for local tuners that could instal the system and set me up with a base-map.

the current systems im looking at are.
Accel dfi ems (found one for cheap)
hydra Nemesis
Aem (are all aem ecu's universal as long as you have the correct jumper harness?)
apexi power fc

Not looking to pay more then 400 for a tune , more if it needs to be installed.

Did do a search but only found limited info on everything. I dont want to buy a ems and no one locally know how to tune it. Looking toward aem just dont want to pay 1500 for the kit new.

i say keep ya money invest it into a cd, or mutual funds breh.. mr2 isn't worth the hassle.
